Montana, of course, is famous for our population of Grizzly bears. What a thrill it is to see a live, wild grizzly in its natural habitat in the backcountry (from a safe few hundred yards distance!) or even as you're driving along a mountain road.
My Grizzly Chipotle-Espresso Rub was created to bring out the special flavors of steak, roasts, hamburgers, even chicken (superb!), and even game meat. The espresso-ground coffee deepens and enhances the flavor and the chipotle brings a delicious, smoky spark of heat.

What's In It?
Grizzly Chipotle-Espresso Rub contains: Espresso ground coffee, smoked sea salt, turbinado sugar, granulated garlic, chili powder, granulated onion, paprika, black pepper, chipotle powder.
How Do I Use It?
Generally speaking, rubs are shaken, patted or rubbed onto the meat at least an hour before smoking, grilling, or other methods of cooking your meat. For most meats, leaving your rub to marinate on the meat for 2 - 12 hours brings your the best tasting results.
